Di Horton, Branch Manager
Di is responsible for the take-on and viewings of all properties, liaising with Landlords and Tenants negotiating all lets and seeing through to move-in.

Vicki Hastings, Lettings Negotiator
Vicki conducts inspections and maintenance of all fully managed properties, reporting back to the Landlord any items that need resolving, including routine repairs, ensuring gas certificates are up to date, responding to maintenance requests and items as they arise and liaising with external contractors to ensure high quality and value work.

Kay Newman, Lettings Administrator
Kay is responsible for the day to day management of letting the properties, liaising with landlords and tenants from advertising, referencing, drawing up tenancy agreements, co-ordinating renewals and answering specific queries.

Anastasia Sherrin and Jessica Maguire, Lettings Administrators
Anastasia and Jessica provide administrative support on Saturdays.
